AMFT, APCC

Evolving into the best versions of ourselves can be difficult. It is not only difficult to undergo positive change, but even more challenging to do this on our own. We all face adversities and roadblocks that can easily delay our goals. Therapy is a place where you will go through the process of transformation with the help and support of a trained therapist- me!

Therapy is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about yourself and the challenges you face. Struggling with motivation? Feeling anxious? Trouble focusing? These are just a few of the many challenges I can help you with in therapy.

My name is Kelsey Mudge. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#136105) and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (#12655) under the direct supervision of ETSD’s Clinical Supervisor, Dr. Aimee Vadnais, PsyD, LMFT (PSY 21368, MFC #39973). I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Practical Theology with an emphasis in Youth Ministry from Azusa Pacific University. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in schools and non-profit organizations. Additionally, I have specialized knowledge in treating anxiety, depression, and ADHD as well as helping individuals with anger, identity issues, and behavior modification.

I work with individuals and families by using different types of treatment modalities and interventions. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Art Therapy techniques, and Person-Centered Counseling.

I am confident that I can help you through this therapeutic experience.

I hope to see you soon!
