Do you ever feel stuck? Disconnected from yourself, others, or the world? We have all felt this way at one point or another. It can be difficult to pause and listen to ourselves, especially in a world that tell us to do anything but slow down. The therapy space I provide allows you to do just that—slow down, take a pause, allow yourself to feel what you have been trying not to feel, and learn that those emotions will pass. In doing so, healing and moving towards wholeness can begin to take place.
Can you turn to those close to you and be vulnerable with them? Does your partner respond to your needs, or is there something standing in the way of you knowing that your partner is there for you, is responsive and is engaged?
If so, I would like to help you in creating the space necessary to have the potential to actualize authentic connection in your relationship.
